ME (kinda) Bench

Won't be able to lift tomorrow, so I did an abbreviated session tonight.

Incline (pinkies on rings): 135x5
155x5
165x5
185x3, 3 PR
205x1 PR

OH Pin Press (from about top of the head): 135x5
155x5
165x5, 5

BB Rows: 175x5x6

And fire alarm cut the rest of it short. The overhead pin presses were done seated, and felt pretty good overall. Not a lot of discomfort in my shoulders like regular bench lockouts. `
