I wanted to get in the suit bottoms today just to see how they felt with the weight gain & everything. I now have epic bruising.
Box Squat (w/bottoms): 225x2x8
245x2
265x2
285x1
305x1 (only moderately difficult)
SLDL: 275x8
295x8
308x8
Decline situps: 60x15
90x10, 10
The squats felt good today and for some reason, my hips have felt less tight. I stretched, but not too much. Who knows?

Louie Simmons says "Don't squat wide without briefs." If you're going wide keep the briefs on, they will protect your hips. What squat max are you working with?
My official max (competition) was 297. However, what Ted told me to do was work at the heaviest possible weight that still allowed me to be fast, and increase it until I stagnate. Then switch to something else, same program, and then switch back.

What does that mean? Did you do that today with 305? because that's more than your max, which means it shouldn't be "fast" by any stretch of the imagination. Unless you've gained a bunch of strength.
How much rest do you take between box squat speed sets?
I believe that the 225x2x8 were his speed sets, and then he worked up to a heavy single after that. (Which wasn't supposed to be fast.)
sorry, didn't see that. Nathan is correct.
