• Squat 225x5 (50), 275x4 (60), 320x3x2 (70), 370x3x6 (80)
Rene said depth was good on these. They felt pretty heavy though. Back isn't feeling great.
• Bench 150x5 (50), 180x5 (60), 210x5x5 (70)
• Dumbell bench 50x10x5
• Dips BWx8x5
• Good mornings 220x5x5
Used this weight because Danny was using it for military press (for reps).

Obviously, this is all <= 50% prehab stuff.
You can't let yourself get down about your percentages. Believe in yourself and make the heavy weights happen!
