I really did nothing today. Just some ab/lower back work (Barbell Side Bends and Banded Back Raises), and trying to find leg exercises that cause no pain/discomfort. They are:
Front Squats
Leg Press
RDL
...and I have a few other ideas that I will try out on Monday.
Also, my weight has stabilized at about 215, so I can now comfortably move up another 10 lbs. Hooray!

Other ideas:
Belt squats w/ bands.
Lunges.
Leg isolation.
Kyle, leg pressing will in no way help your lower back pain. But have fun trying it out anyway.
Just do front squats if you can't do back squats. You'll learn to stay more upright, maybe get more flexible, and it should work your legs almost as well. I'd say the best things you can do are:
1) front squats
2) lunges
@Phil, I wasn't planning to do much leg pressing anyways. Leg pressing sucks. I was just listing it as a last resort option.
@Jake, I will be doing mostly front squats, as I cannot reliably do lunges. I am still marginally retarded on land, and lunges are possibly the most mentally challenging thing in the gym.
