Bench

Abs were sore today. Arching felt fine on the lower back, but it took some warming up to stretch out my abs enough, haha.

Bench:
all reps w/ 1 second pause
275 x 5, 2 sets
285 x 3 (feather spot on the last one)
255 x 6 (going for 8)
245 x 7

Trying to get more volume on the main lifts. Should have gone lighter on the 255.

Close-Grip Bench:
2 second pause called out by someone else on these. Trey is deadly on pause reps :'(

185 x 5
205 x 3 (going for 5)
195 x 4
195 x 5

I am getting better at keeping my tension at the bottom when pausing. Something clicked with how to use my legs on the last set and it was much easier.

Dips:
bw + 90 x 8
bw + 135 x 5
bw + 135 x 6
bw + 90 x 9

Felt good.

Anterior Deltoid Raises:
(db x reps per arm)
30 x 10
35 x 8
40 x 8
45 x 6

Felt pretty good about today's workout. After being banged up for squats, bench day is great. It was also a better bench workout than I've had lately.
