I narrowed my grip by one finger and it felt great.
Bench Press:
285 X 3 (PR)
295 X 2 (ass came up on the second rep, but eff it, it's a training lift)

3 Board Press:
275 X 8
295 X 6
275 X 7

Incline Bench Press:
185 X 7
185 X 8

Decline Skullcrushers
Cable Pushdowns
Rolling Dumbbell Extensions w/Band
Lateral Raises
Band Pull Aparts

Abs

Walking on Treadmill
