Pause Bench:
60 x 3 x 3 (too easy, also should have gone harder)

Pendlay Rows:

75 x 5 x 4
Pull-ups, dips
(laid off of these mid-way and did some cable triceps pushdowns because of bugging left shoulder)
Shrugs:
185 x 5 x 5
Abs, PNF stretching
