Being sick definitely drained me. Through the workout I started feeling winded and exhausted, which never happens to me. Here's hoping I don't have _another_ relapse from doing this.
• Squat 225x4 (50), 260x3 (60), 305x3x2 (70), 350x3 (80), 370x2x2 (85)
Belted last set. All of these were surprisingly (and satifyingly) very easy. The stupid squat rack at 24 hr fitness makes it so you hit part of the rack if you squat too far forward, and I almost lost the 3rd rep at 350 because of this.
• Bench 145x3 (50), 170x3 (60), 200x3 (70), 230x3x4 (80)
This is where being tired set in and these felt heavier than usual.
• Flies 27.5x10x5
• Dips BWx8x5
No weight belt available...
• Squat 225x4 (50), 260x3 (60), 305x3 (70), 350x2x4 (80)
This was a little tough because I was unfocused and tired. Everything was fine except the very last rep, where inexplicably my lower back just decided to not participate, but I recovered and squatted it up with a rounded back in the hole. So, still no missed reps, but a close one.
• Good mornings 175x5x5
• Flexibility - hamstrings, hip flexors, groin
