Bench

No bands == no speed word. :E

Floor Press:
255 x 5
275 x 5, 4 + 1 fail
265 x 4.9 + .1 fail

Military Press:
135 x 6
155 x 6
175 x 6
185 x 5

Supersetted with some chest supported rows

Finished with a super set of bodyweight dips and close-grip isolateral pull down, and then some ghr abs with weight.

nice dave..i see your shoulder strength is getting better. Do you do those seated or standing?

@Kyle: yes. bring some duct tape to prevent the cuts, or some bandaids if you forget the duct tape.

@Brent: Yeah, those were seated. My shoulder strength has gotten better though. Not sure if it's really carried over into my max bench though.
