Stretch glutes, calves, and adductors beforehand. Pointing toes out helps keep knees wide. Used heeled squat shoes. Form and knees felt very good.
• Dips Bodyweight x8x3
• Good mornings 165x5x3 (40%)
• Ice knees.
Last day of Sheiko conditioning week. A good week overall. Allowed Dean and I to recover from the meet and both of us experimented with our squat form. We both feel good going into the preparatory cycle.
