SHEIKO CONDITIONING WEEK #1

This week is just to get us accustomed to squatting, benching, and deadlifting so much. So the weights are kept pretty light.


Stretching

Bench press 135x5 (50%), 165x4x2 (60%), 195x3x3 (70%)

Squat 205x5 (50%), 245x4x2 (60%), 285x3x3 (70%)

Good mornings 165x5x3 (40%)

Flies 30x10x3 (10%)


Also did some upper-back stuff.

Rehab

Lower traps have been very sore lately.

Cable rows

Face pulls


Good recovery day.
