first day training without beck. luckily, sheiko training means i have a set workout. however, the guy i worked out with can't really help me with form. nor is it as fun as training with beck.

My elbow started hurting a lot during the massive bench pyramid...it's still destroyed from stretching out the Katana. I'm icing right now. Everything else felt good.
