A nice swell hit our beaches the morning after the meet. Kevin and I bodyboarded for about 3 hours before hitting the gym for some upper back with a friend. Great way to end the weekend.
Weighted wide grip pull-ups: plate x 6 (6 sets)
Weighted narrow grip pull-ups: plate x 8. plate+25lb x 5 (4 sets)
Wide grip T-bar rows: 3plates x 7 (3 sets...our gym was closing so we wrapped it up)
Was sore after the meet, but needed to get back in the gym.
