Squat:
275 x 5
295 x 5
305 x 5 PR

Pause Squat (3 sec):
245 x 3 (Really slow, lost tightness at the bottom)
245 x 3 (Much easier)
255 x 3

Leg Press:
360 x 8
360 x 8
410 x 8
360 x 8

Transversus abs, PNF

My squat's been making great progress these past few weeks! Finally feels like I'm stronger than when I joined the team.

how did 305 x 5 feel? should I be worried?

I'd start feeling pretty insecure at this point if I were you. Haha, it was about a 9 though.
