Squat Trening

Week #4 of the Brent Tanaka Squat Peaking Program. Second to last squat trening session before the meet.

Squat:
468 X 3 (full gear)
3rd rep was slower than I wanted it, but all had good depth.

Front Squat:
225 X 8
245 X 5
gassed
