• Close-grip bench 45x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5,5,7
I really exceeded my expectations on this. None of the sets to failure and it felt pretty easy. Bench felt a little shaky on Tues, so I'm happy. Lower back also felt OK, but my arch sucked pretty bad.
• Conventional deadlift 154x5, 264x5, 314x5, 364x5, 384x5, 404x7
Form not perfect but still better than I used to be with conventional, so I'll take it.
• A: Military Press (standing) 154x5,5,4
Meh. Never was very good at this.
• A: Bent-over row 204x5,7,10
Always hated these, they just feel very awkward.
The close-grip and deadlift had to be some kind of PRs. But, really, its not a 1RM, so who gives a shit?
