Rear Delts: 50x10/10x3

EzBar Curls: 80x10, 8

Went to Ashe today and they gave me some heavy-duty cough suppressant. I have been unable to sleep for the past few days b/c of excessive coughing, so this should help a lot. Weight is still a stable 215 as it is hard to gain weight when sick.
