Stretching Hamstrings, seated groin, hip flexors

2. 6/12/09 - Fri - SHEIKO - CONDITIONING #3

Bench 150x5 (50), 180x4x2 (60), 215x3x3 (70)

Squat 225x5 (50), 275x4x2 (60), 315x3x3 (70)

Belted last set. Other sets felt OK, but last one felt really good.

Dumbell bench 50x10x3

Dips BWx8x3

Good mornings 185x5x3
