These are much harder after getting help from the bands

When you think about it though, you were able to hit the same weight as your second set of squat for the 11th and 12th sets for just as many reps. Perhaps you were going easy a little in the beginning, but it still seems like you must have made some improvement to be able to do that.
Ya that's true I don't think I struggled too much on my first set.
