Yea, your sled work was MUCH heavier. Those big plates were 100lb plates, not 45s.
Yeah Vit, your last set was only 20lbs less than my last set, check my post.
Was the plate on the bottom a 50? if it was, then it was (50+25) 75 for the first trip; (+100) 175 for the second; then (+25) 200 for the 3rd; and +20 (switched the 25 to 45) so 220 for the last trip?
Unless the plate on the bottom was 100 then i'm off by 50...or am I missing a 100 lb plate in the addition of weights?
I'm pretty sure the bottom plate was a 50 kilo.
