Power clean + Push Jerk 95/2+1 x 3
Jerk from rack 95/3 x 3 Worked on keeping back arched from when I take it out of the rack unti I hold it overhead.
Good Morning 95/3 105/3 115/3 115 was a little challenging because I haven't done these in awhile.
