Weight: 210. This week always feels heavy after maxing and week off.
• Bench 150x5 (50), 180x4x2 (60), 210x3x3 (70)
• Squat 230x5 (50), 275x4x2 (60), 320x3x3 (70)
• Dumbell bench (hands in) 60x10x3
• Good mornings 185x5x3
I also did some cardio days on Mon and Sat that I didn't post. Shout out to Spencer getting some love from powerlifting watch. :)
