My squat yesterday was pretty funny
315x3x5 365x2x3 -- I got a CRAZY compression feeling this week, which I am attributing to my low adaptation rate from my dl day on friday. I'm still shifting my loading around while I can see where I'm at.
My press DID go up this week. I was able to manage 135 pretty easily again. I'm trying to watch the flexibility and stability of my shoulders--in this case, being really keen on my lockout.
Just make sure to shove your body forward in the middle of the press like Rippetoe says. This makes the lockout much easier and prevents the goddamn layback.
