Bench

Bench(all paused): 155x3

205x1, 1 (foot slid on this one)

Incline DB Bench: 55x8
60x8
65x8, 12 (felt really strong on these)

Dips: 8, 8, 8, 8

And finished up with some DB extensions and Cable Pushdowns

The 205 felt pretty good. I may go with 215 on my second attempt.

We were also fortunate enough to have the resident grunter at Wooden today. So funny.
