Hung over from festivities. Proud of myself for even making it to the gym, but I decided to keep it easy.

• Dumbbell rows 60x20, 90x8, 120x15x3, 60x10
For fun I decided to warm up with Jake's weight for 20 reps. I used straps for the 120.
• Bent rows 135x12, 185x12, 235x8
The 235's were very bad form -- basically hang clean pulls.
