Moving all day long. Decent cardio I guess? Strong man training? I don't know... Either way, another day without enough sleep.

  Super fast workout at the Z-center because I had a paper deadline at midnight. Luckily its a short day for Sheiko.

Bench 165x3 (55), 195x3x2 (65), 225x3x6 (65)
