8/4 Back

Pull-ups: 10, 7, 6, 6, 5, 5, 4, 4, 3 (50 reps total)

HS Row: 2p/side x10x5 (focused on pulling with the upper back, not lats and arms)

BB Curls: 60x10, 10, 8, 8, 6

Where is the heavy work in here? Do you want your head to look like it is situated in the giant trapeieus mountain of Rushmore or disembodied on the flat plains?!

Where is the Kyle that once (and only once) bested me in fat-bar dumbbell rows. Has his upper back fled in fear??

LOL. I am trying new things out Dave. I didnt get much soreness from the rows, so ill probably swap them out for shrugs. Get teh trapz.
