  Hamstrings super sore from random shit on Monday.

Cardio - bike 30 mins

Actually went pretty hard on this, got tired.

Hip abduction 80x60

Don't really know why I did this.

Flexibility - hamstrings (a lot), soleus, gastroc, adductors on leg press, seated groin, hip 

flexors, prone glute
