Nathan: 8/6 Cardio

1. 8/6/09 - Thu - CARDIO

Weight: 217 (morning), 218 (evening). Time: 1:00.

  I haven't been eating nearly enough food if this is indicative of my weight gain through the day now.

Cardio - intervals on bike 2 min on, 2 min off @ ~150 bpm for ~35 mins

Stretching - hamstrings, calves, adductor on leg press, seated groin, hip flexors
