I haven't been eating nearly enough food if this is indicative of my weight gain through the day now.
• Cardio - intervals on bike 2 min on, 2 min off @ ~150 bpm for ~35 mins
• Stretching - hamstrings, calves, adductor on leg press, seated groin, hip flexors
