3 supersets of Weighted Back Raises (45lbs) and Ab wheel to finish
The 275x3 was pretty damn solid. I think it may have been a little harder than it should of b/c I was sitting out in the sun for 6 hours before that, but I got it anyways. The 205x12 afterwards was brutal. I basically staggered out of the gym after this.
The straps should arrive on Wednesday, so I will switch back day with press day this week.
