Nice squat Luke. I agree with Mis. Sit back with the knees out instead of straight down to help hit depth. Are you competing at 165?
What a lift!!! Way to power through your sticking point Luke!! keep up the hard work!!
thanks guys. I'll be doing 165's. I weighed about 160 in this vid
