Deadlift:
405 x 5 @9- Didn't feel too heavy, but I squatted on Tuesday and today felt like I might pull my groin or something if I did another hard set.

275 x 5
285 x 5
Anderson Squats:
225 x 5
265 x 5
275 x 5
GHRs, Box Jumps.
