Smith Shrugs: 3 plates x 12

Transverse Abs: 3 sets

Good stuff. Brent had a lot of fun ripping his hand open, and then going on to break one of his wrist straps.

Do you have wrist straps i can use for my upper back training today? I don't feel like peeling more skin off my hand.
