Deadlift 1

Deadlift:
600 x 1
665 x 1
715 x 1 (+15 PR) @ 10

Felt both of my glutes go into full cramps at the top trying to get that one up...

Banded Hypers
3 sets w/ greens

2 sets of GHRs (ow. these were rough on the hamstrings) + 3 sets of GHR abs
