Luke 9-27-11 Bench

Shitty bench day, maybe because of weight loss, maybe because of 5 hours of class and little sleep, maybe because of excessive dart playing, maybe because of equipped squats. I feel like I lost all progress from over summer. I am now trying to eat a ton to counter my weight and strength loss.

185 x 5 @ 10- pathetic. I hit 185 x 10 and 195 x 8 2 weeks ago.

Woke up from a nap 30 minutes before lifting and felt pretty shitty with a sore throat and runny nose. Had a good training session though so I guess this is more evidence that lifting sick is the way to go.

Where was everybody??? Only Alex, Max, and I lifted at 4:30.
3.5 board press (yoga block)

Flat dumbbell press
60s x 12, 8
50s x 12

Cable rows
250 x 6, 6, 6, 6

Neutral grip pullups
BW x 12, 12, 12

Finished with 3 sets of ball rotations and 30 minutes on the stationary bike. Need to kick up the cardio since I'm consistently weighing 187-188 in the mornings.
