32.5 pound dumbbell raise x 8 x 4, 50 pound barbell x 8 x 4

Shrugs Machine and Lat Pulldown Superset

Nice work on the bench PR. And damn that's a lot of top-end weight on the band lightened...225 felt hard for me lol

how were your bands set up?

The only reps that felt hard were the last ones of each 265 set and that had a lot to do with losing tightness. I'm sure you could hit well over 225.
