I've been doing a modified version of the Ed Coan Deadlift peaking program, and I'm doing it RAW. There is only 1 work set per week with minimal lower back accessory work. But we do hit the upper back very hard after deadlifting. The program is going good so far.
Deadlift:
Week 1: 407 X 5
Week 2: 429 X 5
Week 3: 446 X 3
Week 4: 468 X 3
Today (Week 5)
485 X 3 (PR)
Glute Ham Raise
Weighted Pull Ups
Dumbbell Rows
Wide (Palms Facing In Grip) Pulldowns
Abs
