well, first lifting session with David today.
Back Squats: 225x5, 225x5 (help on 2 &4), 225x5(help on 2, 4, &5) <- dont know what was up with these
Reverse Band Squats (green band): 275x6, 315x4, 365x2(the last one was a real grind, but I got it)
Banded Box Squat (greens, 15" box): barx6, 135x1, 95x4, 115x4, 115x3, 95x5
45* Back Raises: purple band x fail x 2
Scap Pulls: 10, 8, 8, 6

Also, we usually tag our posts with our name and whatever exercises we did that day. It helps organize the site for when you want to see just one person's training log, or when you want to see how everyone is doing on a specific exercise. I went ahead and tagged your post :)
