190 + green bands resisting, 8 x 3
240 + green bands resisting, 1 x 2
The 240 x 2 was pretty easy. Considering that I hit 245 x 1 last time we did this as a ME exercise (with Gary & Dave failing at 225), that's some improvement.
For Steve/Brent/Dean, here's what the set-up looks like:
Rippetoe-Style Standing Overhead Press:
190, 3 x 5 (3 sets of 5 reps)
215, 2 x 1 (2 singles)
Pull/Chin-ups:
Bodyweight + 15 lbs, 5/5/4+1/3+2/3 (23)
Hanging Leg Raises + Arm Stretches:
Sets of 5 + whatever, 4 sets each
