Weigh In:
174 lbs. This is bad guys. I need to be down to 165 by the meet. If you guys have any tips, please share. I want to keep up the strength but I need the weight to go down.

I cut from 243-232 in 5 days just by water manipulation before the last meet.

I just upped my water of meet week to 2 gals a day mon-friday, and Friday(day before meet) stop water intake at 8 PM, and eat a lemon that night.

Got it off an old elitefts article..worked well

I condone Dave's advice. Especially if you have hair made of steel wool like me.
