Your squat performance was good today. Looking back at your logs in the past month, you've definitely made a lot of improvement.

How did the pause squats feel?

Thanks. The pause squats felt pretty good. I shot out of the hole pretty quickly on the first rep of each set, but by the last rep I slowed down significantly.
