We had a ludicrous number of people today. Hopefully strong team attendance keeps up throughout the quarter.
Band-Resisted Pull ups:
only had purples on hand.
2 purples x 10 (about where the blue was)
3 purples x 9, 8
Dumbbell Rows:
Had to use the hammer curl bar, but we should probably look a better plate loaded handle
115 x 10, 10
135 x 8, 7
Chest supported rows:
180 x 10, 3 sets
Finished with some hammer curls
