First time in the squat suit.
Speed pulls:
Tried to get a couple of these but couldn't lock out, but I'm not sure that I've ever been able to do plate + purple bands.
Box squats:
135 x 5 (medium-high box)
135 x 5 x 2 (bench)
135 x 5 x 2 (low box)
Glute thrusts
245 x 6 x 4
Box jumps
