Squats

Worked up to 245 for 3 sets of 5, last one beltless

All were near max effort - ??? I should be doing a lot more; 245 is around 75%.

Sandbagged the rest of the workout like a bitch (Pros: Didn't pass out, Cons: Bitch)

Horrible workout.
