wtf, when did you start benching 3 plates? Also did you pause it?

I have no idea how I hit 3 plates, I just felt really good after 295 and went for it. yes it was paused lol

Nick just loves 'leaving some in the tank' for future workouts, but in reality he just loves 'sandbagging.' haha
