Week 6 Squat 2

and just for fun - No Handed Squats!

Squatting today took a while to warm up to (tight hips), but I was able to hit depth well according to Max, Ross, and Ro. Did not feel like front squats, so I just squatted 225 for a few sets.

The No Handed Squats were just me Kylin' around :D
