09/07/10 Squat

Foam Box Squat:

Today was a rough day, weight just felt heavy and moved slow - was hoping to do a bit more weight.

Zercher Squats:
3 x 6 x 225 @8.5

Haven't done these in a while, so I was just getting a feel for them again.

Banded Hamstring Curls

Barbell Rolling Abs:
4 x 8 x 185

Incline DB Curls:
3 x 8 x 35s
