why did you make such a big jump? and holy shit you've put like 100 pounds on your deadlift in a year
Plan was 573 on second which maybe wouldve came up, but it was hot as shit outside and it was suggested to me that I go for the bigger jump so I don't waste energy on the lighter 2nd attempt. Also 600 sounded nicer than 573.
Haha also put on some weight weighed in at 208.5.

I'm still proud of you, Vithuran! That 600lb pull will come soon enough. Also, that's your first shot at a 600lb pull in a meet, right?
