245 x 3
265 x 3 @9
275 x 2 @10 <--both grinders
255 x 3 @9+

Arnold press
50s x 8, 8, 8

Isolateral front lat pulldown
3 plates/side x 8, 8

Incline curls x 3 sets of 8
