Nice ben ! Did you feel that the running affected your lift later in the day. Probably not since you hit that PR

thank you Misael! no, the running didn't affect it. if I ran 3 or 4 miles then it probably would. Keeping it to just 2 miles right now though is not too straining but also not a walk in the park. I'd say my running would be ranked at effort 8 out of 10 based on speed/distance. Intensity of the run (pace) affects it more though. Let's talk more in person.
